Meet the Founder
Brianna Zhao
Asian Justice Act was founded by Brianna Zhao, a NJ high school student who wishes to create a lasting impact on the community around her through social advocacy and change. Whether it is writing columns, creating media posts, or managing a news magazine, Brianna strives to empower others and bring to light unheard voices through addressing the stigma in marginalized communities. Welcoming those from underrepresented backgrounds to share their cultural experiences, Brianna and her team are dedicated to forming a community of encouraging and passionate individuals.

Hi! I'm a junior at Princeton High School. I like to dance, watch Netflix, and spend time with friends. I'm glad to contribute to AJA because through the organization I speak for my Asian culture and at the same time, I get the opportunity to further research political activism.
Hi! I'm a junior at Bergen County Academies in NJ. I love to bake, play the ukulele, and listen to music. I'm very passionate about political activism and I'm so glad to be a member of AJA, where I have the opportunity to voice my opinions and learn more about my own culture, all while educating others as well. I hope to continue writing articles as part of this team and promote inclusivity and diversity in our communities.
